An easy way to set up business and spend more time shooting, less time on "the other stuff" is to sign up with an online fulfillment service - most give you a "web page" to use as your own, display photos you've shot and they do the print order taking, printing and delivery of photos.
Down side is if the file doesn't look very good, you don't see it before it goes to the client so shooting well in the first place is really important.
I use ExposureManager.com myself - inexpensive to create an account, reasonable charges for printing, and was easy to make there page look like mine.
However, there are many other such services, such as:
http://www.zenfolio.com/
http://www.imagekind.com/
http://www.smugmug.com/pro/
http://www.pictage.com/
There are, of course several more - if you know of one or work for one, please post it below.
Each system has advantages and disadvantages. If you're wanting to sell online, espeically if you're an event photographer (weddings, etc.) you should look through several and if they have demo accounts available, they them out and see which works best for you.
