About three years ago I bought the Fuji S2Pro. At the time it produced the largest image for the money - being a 6 mega pixel image that interpolated (resized) to about 12 mega pixels.
Not quite a clean as the Canon 12 mega pixel cameras but very very nice pictures from it. It really shines when using the Fuji software to open the RAW images.
I can use Photoshop to open them, but the Fuji converter just seems to do a much nicer job - as long as I set the exposure and white balance correctly.
(Update: I've since started using Adobe Lightroom with RAW images from both my cameras - great processing with that program.)
